Join Candlelighters
Help for New Members
Candlelighters for Children with Cancer is open to all families with children who
have or have had cancer, and other interested individuals. Our services and entire network
are available free of charge to our members. If your child, or a child that you know, was
recently diagnosed with cancer, we can help.
Benefits Include:
Monthly meetings, discussing all aspects of childhood cancer
Regular newsletters covering hot topics and information from the
membership
Access to services specifically meeting the needs of families affected
by cancer
Activities for the entire family, such as fishing trips, holiday
parties, bowling, boating and much more.
Services Include:
Information on area accommodations for families with children in the
hospital
School re-entry program
Teacher education materials and video
Emergency fund
Toy Boxes
Teen Groups
Summer family camps
Outreach to newly diagnosed families

Join Candlelighters
Joining Candlelighters can be one of the most rewarding and helpful things that a
parent can do when a child is diagnosed with cancer.
